ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Abstracts can be submitted online before 15 April 2024.

The organizing committee reserves the right to select and edit the text work.

The conference proceedings will be published in a book of Abstracts.

CONFERENCE MATERIALS ARE AVAILABLE ONLY IF YOU REGISTER IN THE CONFERENCE.

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION

The abstract is submitted as an attached MS WORD document with a .doc/.docx extension. The text, printed in 14 font Times New Roman with 1.5 intervals, should not exceed two A4 pages.

The MS WORD document must include the following information:

Title

Authors

Affiliation

City, Country

Text. The text of the abstract must be structured as Objective, Material, Results, and Conclusions. The case abstract must be structured as Background, Case presentation, and Conclusion.   

SUBMITTING THE ABSTRACT ONLINE

Personal information. Provide the information of a corresponding author, including telephone and e-mail.

Abstract Title.

Authors.

Country.

Text. Upload the MS WORD document.

Participation – Choose a form of your participation in the conference (oral presentation, poster presentation, case marathon, abstract only)

Subject – Choose the topic your abstract is related to

Presenter – indicate the speaker if the oral/poster presentation is supposed

Submit the abstract – Before pressing the “Submit the abstract” button, ensure all the gaps are filled in. The gaps with (*) are required to be filled in.
